How to tell if your sneakers are authentic
Authenticity is best evaluated with several consistent signals. A valid QR code, SKU, barcode or country of manufacture is not enough on its own.
What to check first
- Identify the exact model, colorway and style code.
- Compare the shoe label with the box and official product information.
- Review materials, stitching, logos, panel shape and construction.
- Check seller provenance, receipt, return policy and price context.
- Compare against reliable images of the exact reference, not a different version.

Avoid absolute rules
Labels and packaging can change by year, market and production run. Use multiple signals and evaluate whether they are consistent with the exact pair you are reviewing.
