1.1 As you can see in the image, the "swoosh" tick mark is much longer on the counterfeit sneakers than on the original ones.
1.2 The text "AIR" on fake sneakers is usually either too thick or too thin, as well as more elongated than on the original Air Force Ones.
1.3 Fake AF1s tend to have shorter and lower-quality stitching compared to the originals.
1.4 The stitching between the sole and the upper part of the sneaker is another red flag, as counterfeit sneakers have stitching with thinner and longer lines than the originals, and obviously of lower quality.
2. Check the labels
Another sign we can rely on to determine if your Air Force 1s are original or not is the labels. Let's compare a fake label with an original one.
a) Original AF1 label

b) Fake AF1 label

Fake sneaker labels usually have several errors in their printing, pay special attention to the following:
2.1 "VF" Text (upper right corner) on the original sneakers will always be thick and intensely black, while on fakes it tends to be thinner and blurred.
2.2 The "BR" text in the size list should have the same size and format as the "VF" we analyzed in the previous point.
2.3 Country of Manufacture: This is where many people get confused as they often relate the country of origin to the authenticity of the sneakers. However, this does not fully define it, as both your original sneakers and clones may be manufactured in Vietnam. The only authenticity sign in this text is the thickness, as the original sneakers have this text printed with bold and well-defined text.
3. "Swoosh" Logo
The next point to check is the famous "swoosh" logo, where you'll notice how original Air Force 1s have a swoosh with a very natural curvature, while counterfeit ones usually have a more forced curvature.

You can also see how on original AF1s, the bottom part of the "swoosh" is much more separated from the sole than on clones.

4. Side Hole Pattern
In the above image, you can see a pair of holes on the side of the sneakers, located between the "swoosh" and the sole.
@legitcheckapp
While on fake AF1s, the holes are usually almost touching the sole of the sneakers, there's a noticeable difference in distance between the two.
The points mentioned above are the most evident signs to detect original sneakers from clones, so now we hope that with the new information, the next time you ask yourself "Are my Air Force 1 sneakers authentic?" you have the necessary tools to discover it for yourself.
