"t's supposed to be unflavored. I normally dry scoop creatine with some water or something to wash it down and then follow it up with water throughout the day for hydration.
DO NOT DO THAT WITH THIS IT TASTES SO SOUR. "Unflavored" is BS. Even licking the powder off my fingers had a strong citrus taste. The whole scoop tasted like concentrated lemon juice. Kind of like one of those lemon warheads candies.
No clue on the effects, I may change my review later once I determine those but for right now I just wanted to give this warning lol
